Refund policy

You may return most coins (except bullion) & Currency within 3 business days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 24 hours of receipt by us. It may take your bank a couple days to process our refund request (up to 5 business days) if you paid by credit card.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return item(s) from your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fees: Any orders that are cancelled or returned due to no fault of ours, there is a 3% restocking fee.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
